Bunion and Flat Feet Treatment
Bunions
The development of bunions have been attributed to wearing shoes that fit too tightly, genetic defect, or other conditions like arthritis. They are found disproportionately more in women than in men. If the big toe is forced inward by a tight-fitting shoe, this can cause irritation and inflammation. If this practice is continued over time, it may lead to the formation of a bunion.

Flat Feet
Flat
feet is a foot condition in which the arch of the foot either drops or
is never developed. While it is common in babies and small children, it
can become a problem if the arch never develops. For adults, the
development of flat feet can be brought upon by injury, or may even be
a result of pregnancy due to the increased elasticity; however, in
adults the flat footedness is usually permanent.
